With over 15 years’ experience, Avenue Sourcing have built up several partnerships with accredited manufacturers.

Product Development

Design
Our design team produce trend boards, bespoke cad designs, and innovative packaging solutions.
Sampling Process
Once we receive sketches and written reports from our clients, we prepare a prototype and the salesman samples. We are proud to be involved in every step of the production such as size sets, materials and accessories, sale samples and photos.
Finally we control the design, appearance, measurements, assortments, color, labelling and packing. It is our responsibility to supervise production until the shipment. We carry out the quality control through all stages of the production.
Vendor Selection
Suppliers are essential to almost every business. Suppliers or vendors – can do much more than merely supply you with the materials and services to your business.
They can also be important source of information helping you evaluate the potential of new products, etc. We ensure that we work only with seasoned suppliers. Right vendors can turn into partners.
Pre-Production
Good Pre-Production work requires close follow-up of all milestones and approvals. These are activities that begin after issuance of a Purchase Order. It leads to a green light for production activities to commence on the designated & scheduled dates.
Order Management
Our team of experienced merchandisers oversee the whole order process and use an effective critical path management system to manage orders from placement through to delivery.
Quality Control
Our Quality Control Teammate source ensure that orders are produced to our high expectations and inspections are routinely carried out during and after production.
Tested quality control processes along with inspections at regular intervals allow us to deliver orders on-time and within the required quality standard (AQL 1.0 – 4.0).
We enforce standards from the start – fabric, trims, processing (printing + dyeing), lab testing (physical + chemical), patterns & fitting, washing, finishing, packing, in-line mid-line and final (100% packed).
Logistic Support
Our experienced logistics department works diligently and communicates with the customer’s Import Department and their forwarding agents for timely shipments which includes checking / tracking shipping documents, freight consolidation, and coordination of information between all the parties involved. This cooperation results in reducing unnecessary delays and demurrage charges.
Compliance
Ensuring both social & technical compliances is our responsibility! It is the most important criteria for on boarding new manufacturers. We assist and support our partners in achieving and maintaining higher standards.
Our compliance team ensure our factories are compliant to International Standards and we work with various accredited agencies.
